    • Provide accurate details of your medical history, including any vitamin supplements or medications currently being taken.

    • Inform our technicians if you have diabetes, high blood pressure, or any chronic medical condition before blood sample collection.

    • Carry previous medical records, recent lab reports, and current medication prescriptions, if available.

    • Do not stop prescribed medications unless advised by your doctor.

    Fasting & Lifestyle Instructions

    • A minimum 8–12 hours of fasting may be required for certain vitamin tests. Drinking water is permitted.

    • Avoid alcohol consumption for at least 12 hours prior to the test.

    Additional Notes

    • Please arrive on time for quick and accurate test processing.
