Our Management
Dr. Chalasani Kuldeep Kumar, aged 50 years, is one of the Promoters, Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He completed his degree of Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (Faculty of Medicine) from Nagpur University in April 2002. Thereafter, he completed his degree of Doctor of Medicine (Radio-Diagnosis) from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka in March 2006. In his previous stint, he served as Chief Resident at Grant Medical College & Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals Mumbai. He has also worked as an Associate Professor at Dr Pinnamaneni Siddhartha Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Foundation in April 2015. He holds life membership of Indian Radiological & Imaging Association through the Andhra Pradesh state chapter and is also a life member of the Indian Medical Association. He is having overall work experience of more than 20 years in the field of Medicine, Surgery and Radio-Diagnosis. He has been associated with our Company since 2015 and has experience of more than 10 years in our Company. He is entrusted with the overall management, control and supervision of the affairs of the Company. He looks for adoption of advanced medical technologies, performing and interpreting diagnostic imaging procedures, collaborating with physicians to develop treatment plans, ensuring the accuracy and quality of radiology reports and clinical governance. He represents the Company in dealings with the government authorities, regulators, investors, lenders, professional bodies and other stakeholders.
Dr. Chalasani Kavitha, aged 50 years, is one of the Promoters and Non-Executive Director of our Company. She completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, under Manipal Academy of Higher Education in August 1999. She also completed her Master of Surgery (MS) in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, under Manipal Academy of Higher Education in September 2003. She has also obtained the Diplomate of the National Board (DNB) in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi in 2005. Further, she obtained a fellowship in Gynecological Endoscopy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science, Karnataka in March 2008. Further, she was awarded Dr. P. Amini Memorial Award for being the best outgoing student in M.D. (Obstetrics & Gynecology) in the examination held in 2003. She has been associated with our Company since the year 2015 and has experience of more than 20 years in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is responsible for developing strategic collaborations, promoting the Company’s services among key medical stakeholders identifying untapped market segments within the healthcare ecosystems, strengthening the image of Company and generating new business opportunities.
Ms. Chalasani Durga Aashritha, aged 21 years is one of the Promoters and Non-Executive Director of our Company. She is currently pursuing her Third Professional MBBS (Part II) course at Dr. Pinnamaneni Siddhartha Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Foundation. She has been associated with our Company since September 2025 and contributes by sharing academic perspectives on emerging trends in medical science and healthcare practices.
Mr. A Ajay Kumar, aged 49 years is one of the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He holds degree of Executive Master of Business Administration from Manipal Academy of Higher Education in June 2004. He has previously worked in Philips India Limited as a District Leader - South & Deccan. He has been appointed as an Independent Director in our Company since January 01, 2026. He has overall work experience of more than 20 years in the field of management, strategic planning, operational oversight, financial and strategic planning.
Dr. Eshwar Chandra Nandury, aged 57 years is one of the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from Kakatiya University in March 1992. He further obtained a Doctor of Medicine in Radiodiagnosis from Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh in October 1997. In addition, he was admitted as a Diplomate of the National Board in Radiodiagnosis by National Board of Examinations, New Delhi in September 1996. In the past, he initially served as a Senior resident at the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh. Subsequently, he served as a Senior Resident at Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad. Thereafter he worked as a Consultant Radiologist at Kamineni Hospital, Hyderabad. He later joined Kamineni Institute of Medical Sciences, where he served in various academic positions including Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor in the Department of Radiodiagnosis. He was thereafter associated with Kamineni Academy of Medical Sciences and Research Centre as a Professor in the Department of Radiology. Subsequently, he served as the Head of the Department of Radiology at Virinchi Health Care Private Limited (Virinchi Hospitals). At present, he is working as the Head of the Department (HOD) and Senior Consultant at Yashoda Healthcare Services Private Limited (Yashoda Hospitals). He was awarded Fellowship of the Indian College of Radiology and Imaging in January 2013. He is also a Fellow Member of the Royal College of Radiologists since May 2007. Additionally, he is a member of the Asian Musculoskeletal Society since March 2016. He holds life memberships in the Indian Radiological and Imaging Association, the Indian Society of Neuroradiology (since January 2007), the Indian Society of Paediatric Radiology (since September 2007), and the Indian Society of Vascular & Interventional Radiology. He has been associated with our Company since January 01, 2026. Dr. Nandury has over 31 years of experience in the field of radiodiagnosis and radiology.
Mr. Manas Dash, aged 48 years is one of the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Utkal University since February 1999. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Utkal University Since April 2000. He was admitted as an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in February 2003 and was subsequently admitted as a Fellow Member in February 2008. He has also completed various certification courses including Diploma for Master of Law, valuation examination in the Asset Class: Securities or Financial Assets, GST, Artificial intelligence, Forex and Treasury Management, Public Finance & Government Accounting, CSR, Forensic Accounting and fraud detection, Investment Banking, Concurrent Audit of Banks, Indian Accounting Standards and Information Systems Audit. He is Practicing Chartered Accountant since 2003 and possesses over 22 years of professional experience in the field. He has been associated with our Company since January 01, 2026.
