    • Inform our medical staff about any hormonal medications, supplements, or treatments currently being taken.

    • Carry previous medical records, scan reports, and prescriptions, if available.

    • Continue your regular medications unless advised otherwise by your doctor.

    Fasting & Lifestyle Instructions
    • A minimum 8–12 hours of fasting may be required for certain blood tests. Drinking water is permitted.

    • Avoid alcohol consumption for at least 12 hours prior to the check-up.

    Important Instructions for Women
    • Health check-ups are not recommended during the menstrual period.

    • Pregnant women or those who suspect pregnancy should avoid ultrasound or X-ray procedures and must inform the medical staff beforehand.

    • Inform our technicians if you experience discomfort or dizziness during tests.
